Privacy Policy.

Flagship Apps is a division of Digital One Agency (ABN 82 307 630 720) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect on flagshipapps.com.au, why, who we share it with, and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Effective 31 July 2026.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (health, financial account details, government identifiers) through this website, and we ask you not to submit it through our forms.

Your controls: block or delete cookies in your browser; opt out of Meta ad targeting at facebook.com/adpreferences; opt out of Google Analytics via the GA opt-out browser add-on. The site works fine with cookies declined — the calculator runs entirely in your browser.

04Who we share it with

Overseas disclosure: some providers (including Meta and Google) store data in the United States and other countries. Where personal information leaves Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

05Storage & security

Personal information is stored on access-controlled systems. We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations (typically 7 years for commercial records), then delete them. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational steps and will notify you and the OAIC of any eligible data breach as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

07Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, email hello@flagshipapps.com.au with "Privacy complaint" in the subject. If our response doesn't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner — oaic.gov.au · 1300 363 992.

08Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on this page.
